can the 6260 access the net thru wifi ?? , Is their a portable bluetooth to wifi device adapter out there ???

No WiFi (WLAN) in the 6260. I also don't know of any portable Bluetooth to WLAN adapters.

You might be able to find less-portable Bluetooth access points with a LAN connection, which you might be able to connect to a WLAN access point, perhaps. It wouldn't still guarantee that the phone could use that, though.
