I asked abhi from HowardForums (he owns a 3230) for the themes files. I have them here. But I don't know how to convert them to be usable on 6600/7610.

Help?

Thanks in advance,

I know it doesn't work. The reason I posted it up ... is to ask someone, how to I make it usable on a 6600/7610?

I thought I knew, but no, it didn't work. I thought you could just put them in the 'skins' directory in a folder called '10200E23'. Anyone else know how to install?

Hi,

I managed to get the bitmap images out of the mbm file and tried to make the theme from scratch using theme studio.

There are some areas where I've had trouble.(Circled red)

And I've changed some things out of preference

Hopefully, because I allowed copying when making the sis file you should be able to edit the theme yourselves.

Good luck.

Thank you very much Johnboyrover ... that must have taken you ages!! (Theme Studio is such a slow program, even on a fast machine)

I'm wondering ... if its possible to change the font? I don't know how to ... but can you tell me how?

Thank in advance. And thanks so much for the theme :)

Font changing is easy,

I learned all about it in the this thread

http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28794

I've attached the font i use below, it was made using Easy GDR creator.

download from here

http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28794&page=9&pp=15&highlight=easy+gdr

Good luck with the font changing.

[QUOTE=Johnboyrover]Hi,

I managed to get the bitmap images out of the mbm file and tried to make the theme from scratch using theme studio.

Just a question: how exactly didu do that? I have tried every single version of bmconv I could find but I always get an error: Number of sources/targets mismatch (mbm whizzard crushes (bmconv part)) Plz, telll me how?

Sorry but I can't enlighten you more as the regular method worked for me.
It doesn't work on all MBM files for me but that one was fine.
