Hi Guys

Basically want to ask some advice about my phone and would appreciate a reply asap.

When i turn my phone on the Black sendo screen comes up but then i get a message saying

"Phone Start-Up Failed. Contact The Retailer"

OMG PLEASE HELP!!!!

Well i got it sorted! seems i had to do a hard reset on my phone by holding down 5 and then turning it on! only problem was i lost everything! however where i previously done a fw update i had backed up everything (29th of March) so i only lost a few days of stuff! easily got it back up and running how it used to be with my own theme and panes etc.

Well i just wanna say thanks for ur help to all the people who viewed my post!
