They've been in discussions with Ericsson about the royalty fees in question anyway, so I'm sure this will get settled fairly easily. Ultimately, I think this is a move by Ericsson to try to force Sendo's hand into paying a possibly higher than is reasonable license fee. Yeah, Sony-Ericsson and Ericsson are two very different companies. It's Ericsson, who own a lot of the GSM and GPRS patents, who are suing Sendo, not Sony-Ericsson, who just make phones. Some definite features that I like especially the voice command, first damn voice command program that has ever worked with my voice 90% of the time. |
