Can the application UI created by us, co-exist with Symbian OS UI?
What are the modifications we need to do so that the application UI,
if integrated with Symbian OS works as the main Interaction with User
in terms of getting User Inputs and interface with the display?

Please help me in this regard.

You can create an application UI on your own by only relying on your own, direct screen access library and keyboard and other events (most games are a good example of that).

However, without the phone manufacturer's cooperation you will not be able to replace/override the whole phone UI with your own application.
