i was confused about this phone weither it is a smartphone or not...?

i found out that some pic show that it is in black & some in silver..

How come Nokia says 6680,6681,6670,6630 etc are Smartphones but not 3230 on their phone overview at http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,6771,73,00.html ? Any idea?
