pc suit help (6600 not getting connected)

hi all im new to these forums and this will be my first post
i got a new 6600
im having problems connecting my 6600 with pc suite i have a bluetooth device connected to my usb port .
but when i use 3rd party software BlueSoleil which came with BT device it works:)
but when i switch on to PC suite the bluetooth device cant be started...
In nokia connection manager when i click on bt it errors says
media Type not supported ,check ur system for media setting....:(
i have enabled all ports in m router...
but the BT device cant be started,guide me how to connect it ...

Please help me to connect through PC suite...........

i also have a problem synchronizing my 6600 with Nokia PC suite via BT...it just wont connect. :mad: i dont have problems sending from phone to PC and vice versa via BT but the 6600 PC suite just wont start coz it says that it cant find any device (via BT).

im using a WIDCOMM BT dongle running in Windows 2000 SP4 OS.

is it just my PC or is it the dongle that giving me all this aggravation? :mad: :mad: :mad:

please help!
