Get software from your PC to the phone????? I don't have bluetooth or an Ir port on my PC (like most people) and as far as I can tell you can't download it from WAP. Is there a lead I need to get my hands on?

Judgeing by most of the questions etc.. on this sight I do appreciate I sound like a f*cking idiot for asking!, but I really would be grateful if someone could help me out.

Go out and buy a Belkin IR transmitter. They're cheaper than bluetooth, and do just the trick. Then you just have your phone within reach (like a TV remote control) and you can beam stuff back and forth.

Thanks, but I was hoping for a slightly cheaper option than adding drives to my computer, if there is one???
