Hey guys, i'm just wondering how much it will be to ship it if i live in B.C. canada and the support centre is in ajax, ontario. Also, by any chance would they cover the shipping? Both ways? Also, does nokia plan to do anything what so ever about this WSOD? like .. create a mini flasher just for the N-gage qd or something? . Or do they just like not care and want the product to die..:p. Well another thing is how long did it take average for people to get there phones back? one last thing is that I have WSOD right? my symptoms are that it's just a white screen. That's it. My friend who had it got his files from my friend (original n-gage user), who put his mem card in his and dled files directly to the mmc card. Theres no way he did this kind of stuff like BT an s***. It doesn't even shut off by itself, only until the battery it self dies out. Only one thing i heared that is the same as mine as WSOD, i get those blue/black lines/screen that fades away if i take out the battery and put it in like a hour later, same as the charger plug.

omg i have the same problem. my screen just goes straight white when i turn my n-gage qd on. i dont know wats wrong with it. i have to send it to the repair place in texas, and i live in san diego california. how long do u think it will take and how much do u think it will cost to ship it there? thanx.

hey man and also your screen doesn't have a nokia logo right? yea, and when you put your battery / charger in after like half an hour to an hour blue/black lines come and fade away right?? and it doesn't shut off unless battery is dead right?
