So do you have any suggestions? zainman 26-01-2005, 06:33 PM a software that would let my phone work like a webcam.. i mean to say i want to stream live video from my 7610 to another 7610.. or to another PC via GPRS Raven 26-01-2005, 06:47 PM I know someone who is going to be coding some software for Symbian Series 60, 80, 90 or UIQ? drunkn_munky 26-01-2005, 09:27 PM Series 60, 80, 90 or UIQ? all @ zainman thanks for the suggestion, That might be a bit expensive to do through GPRS but they have an idea zainman 27-01-2005, 10:19 AM yes i understand that it will be slow and expensive but its just the possibility u know, its increasing the options and productivity of the phone! :) Raven 27-01-2005, 03:00 PM I know many Series 80 users who would like a spellchecker. It doesn't even have to be integrated with the Word processor, just a separate application where you can paste a bunch of text to be automatically crosschecked with a dictionary would do. I'd also like an Ogg Vorbis player for S80, a decent port of Doom and more game/computer system emulators. A more advanced Desktop-type application than the default 'Desk' in S80 which gives you greater freedom in organising your applications, and add more shortcuts like f.ex. web links and quick contact-dial/SMS/email etc., also displaying system information like free memory, number of SMS/emails in inbox etc., maybe with multiple windows and perhaps combined with a Today-type app displaying upcoming appointments etc., would also be most welcome. Heh, bit of a project that one, bit it already exists for UIQ and is possibly the most popular application for that platform, so why not for S80... :) Gadget17 27-01-2005, 09:38 PM I know many Series 80 users who would like a spellchecker. Series 60 as well. And a C?oss?ord & Aarangm So?ver (Crossword & Anagram Solver) would be great in with the spellchecker. Oh and a User editable dictionary so can add your own words. |
