does any one know where the language file is stored?? i only have english on it and i would like to haven my phone in dutch even when i have to translate it myself!

or how to upload another language?
or.. where can i get my phone upgraded in the netherlands?

I assume it will be sored in the Z: (ROM) drive somewhere therefore you will be unable to delete or replace it.
