How can I get the official firmware version 7? My mobile firmware is 15. How can I install ver 7 on ver 15? Is it true that the best firmware is 7?

The speaker is as loud as FW7, Menus are faster, SMS is faster, GPRS bug has been fixed.....and many other fixes/improvements. I used to have FW12 and then upgraded to 15 and never looked back.
