my Sx1's speaker is brokern, there is at night,when I was having dinner,then my firend phone me,the speaker was working,after 5 second,it stop!!! I can't hear any thing now~~!!!!

It's common that the speaker will wear out after some time. You are not the only one, so keep calm and send it back to Siemens Service Centre to repair.

They will send you a new phone if they honor the warranty. They are not fixing these because they are "too complex" as I was told.
