Thanks for the tip MaleBuffy, just noticed that there's a special offer when you buy it together with http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0470844302/ref=pd_bxgy_text_2_cp/202-9727401-9859827. get both for £66.21, saving £13.74 (sweet).

A friend of mine works at www.megabytebooks.com and he will be getting this book in. As a bonus it will be at a lower price than from Amazon, possibly as much as £5. :D
He will be adding the book to their database sometime today so I'll post a link here when it's on there.

It's a good day when you can find a way to help out your friends, both old and new. ;)

Here's the link to preorder: http://www.megabytebooks.com/catalogue/294/0470849487/index.html
They're actually selling it for £33 so that's an extra 25p saving :D
I'm pretty sure it's out next week.

Another shameless plug: Megabyte ship internationally as well...

Edit: Just noticed you could buy this from Megabyte and Symbian OS Communications Programming from Amazon for less than Amazons "Special Offer". Apart from 2 sets of postage charges :(

hi anlashok,

I didn't get round to putting Symbian OS Communications Programming on the web site.

Megabyte price on that one would be around £26.99, maybe cheaper.

I'll have to ring the publisher on Monday.

Khephren,

I would be interested in buying both of the aforementioned books, would you mind posting an announcement on this thread when you have them?

Thanks in advance.

Tsu

Cheers! - just ordered it.

It's not the cheapest price around, but Amazon seem to be the only people with it in stock.

Wiley have it as well but the price is about £45 without p&p!

Khephren tells me he won't be getting it until mid-november :(
He's going to call another supplier and see if they can get it earlier but it may cost more.

I'll post when I know more, sorry guys.

Its 15th of November for all other Bookstores! DIGIA, Wiley and Amazon probably work close together :-?
