my 6600 got a problem .. i'd appreciate your help ... suddenly when the battery was low .. the phone shut down & i tried to switch it on again when i was recharge it but it always gives me this messege ( phone start-up failed , contact the retailer) & it won't open or do anythin at all ... i took the battery off & in again i replaced the battery but all of that was useless .... any help please ?

You have to full format your phone.
