what does the volume normalize do? Thanks for your attention
It is used to make volume of batch encoded mp3s normalized. :D (not too loud) So when u play them on your output device it wont be loud enough to freak you out after a mellow song transitioned to a heavy metal song. :D

It also makes sure that the level (volume) is the same across all tracks, so not only does it lower loud tracks, it will increase quiet tracks.
In otherwords make them all 'normal' level.
