Previously, I would change my phone whenever there's a new phone model in the market, thats basically at least 2 twice a year. But I've had my 6600 since December last year (I've had my 3650 for less than 6 months), so now this is the longest time I've held on to my phone even though there are newer models (non-symbian phones) in the market.

Thats cause not everyone prefers to face changes in their present abodes, some find it unecessary while some find it hard to fit in their budgets. Just like companies not upgrading to windows xp, cause that would also mean upgrading other programs they own because of compatibility issues and the likes. I hope u get the drift. ;)
