is there a quick and simple bookmark backup util available for the 6600. I need to do a full format and can backup my email account / wap settings but I can't find anything that will just to my bookmarks.

Any ideas?

Try FExplorer (http://www.gosymbian.com/ and copying the file c:\system\data\Bookmarks1.db (I've never tried to restore it to a formatted phone to see if it works myself).

Thanks for the tip. I have as yet not formatted the phone but I have tried coping the said file and my bookmarks vanished. I then restored the file and the bookmarks reappeared so it looks good.
