when I open voice recorder, my 6600 automatically restart. I tried many times and it still the same. Is there anything I set wrongly?

Please advise.

The latest version of firmware for 6600 is v4.09.1.

Go to you local CNSP and get the unit flashed with the new firmware.

I will upgrade my firmware soon but b4 I tested is a ok for voice recording but just recently it crash. I also tried on my FExplorer application. When I open C:\System\Data, it also reboot.

Can i restore from other Drive like Z:\System\Data into C:\System\Data, is this two data folder is the same?

I think full format my 6600, do u think that would be help?
