Hi All.
I've been entering some info on other threads in this forum, but as they are now getting off topic, I felt it might be better to open a new thread, with a bit more info about the Sendo X.
So, firstly some info, which might be new for some of you, detailing items which are "extra" to the Sendo X, in addition to the usual Series60 operating system features:
32MB of BUILT IN storage space (in addition to whever size memory card you insert)
Hot-swap memory card slot that takes MMC and SD cards - 1GB SD card tested OK (rs-mmc and mini-sd will also work, with their respective adaptors)
PC connectivity via BlueTooth, USB and InfraRed
iSync support for the Mac OS (even does the caller ID images)
LED flash for the still camera
Mini mirror next to the camera for doing self portraits
2x and 4x zoom on the still camera AND the camcorder
Unlimited recording on the camcorder (well, limited to the storage memory you have :-)
MMS Image Editor (add clip-art, etc to an MMS image prior to sending)
MP3 player with playlist support - handy for albums, artists, moods, etc
Stereo headset support
Document Viewer, supporting many file types
Web browser
Voice control (for opening applications, and, more importantly, voice dialling)
Laptop sized expandable keyboard accessory
Now! screen, providing a simple, yet very customisable "home" screen, with History and Favorites tabs
Also some seemingly minor changes, which actually really enhance the useability of the handset:
Top status line, visible anywhere in the handset
Screen wrapping available, which makes navigation around the phone system really fast (easy to go off the top or bottom in menus and lists)
Increased backlight timeout settings (up to 5 minutes), so no screen going dim halfway through reading an SMS !
Backlight brightness setting, allowing better adjustment of the actual backlight, rather than just the colour brightness.
And finally, a couple of images:
The keyboard accessory:

A menu screenshot (and no, these are NOT built into the handset!):
