Acording to this site ( http://www.computerworld.dk/default.asp?Mode=2&ArticleID=16084 ) it seems that Nokia unveiled his first 3G device.
The story claims that the device uses the same color display as the Nokia 7650 and will support data speeds of up to 144Kbps, in addition to supporting normal GSM data functions like GPRS and HSCSD.

The device should be available in the beginning of 2003 and it seems that is another symbian device. :D

Does anyone confirm this new and could translate the description of the site to english.

Here is a short translation:
Launch date for the new 6650 is September 26th.
Price should be around 500 € = $ (rather reasonable price)
It can be used in 3G and traditional GSM networks, using GRPS and HSCSD.
Within a 3G network data speed will be between 64 and 144 kilobit/s.
It will have the same colour display as the 7650.
The 6650 will as well have a camera and Symbian OS.
It will be in the shops in the beginning of 2003.

That is all that was in the article. Actually launch presentation will be in Finland and was originally planned together with the launch of Sonera's 3G network in Finland. However, even if Sonera's launch is postponed, Nokia will still present their first 3G phone!

*Anxiously looks at Nokia for a 3G communicator after hearing rumours of low charges on Hutchinson's 3G network*

TBH it's got the body stylings of the 3210, the arial of an Ericsson, the screen of the 7650 and the keys of a 6610. Nice to see Nokia working hard with new designs ;)

...seems like a good competitor for the $tinker, though if Microsofts' really gonna be like this, there's no competition :D
