Hey I have a weird problem on my phone again.

Right now if the alarm goes, or an appointment (not sure about phone calls) pressing any key will snooze the event. Anykey answer is switched off but for some reason it doesn't work. I find this very irritating as the joystick also counts and deactivates whatever the event was before I can even get it out of my pocket. Does anyone have an idea what I can do about this?
