I just recieved it today. Bought them both for 22$.
Both are original Nokia made - or so it says. The battery looks completely real and so does the cover, but I never thought they made them black (?).

What do you think?

I bought the same things from ebay. My cover is white/pearl. It is like 6620. It is very easy to change the cover. It takes only 5min but be careful with it .

My battery it 100% (says it is original) the same as the one supplied with the phone but I do not believe is original.

Desktop charger is very nice and useful.:D

I have a very hard time "clicking" the holes. I don't see the cover raise a little, as the guide says.

Would I push one of the holes or would I push first one and then the other or what should I do? I'm affraid I might break something.

Dont afraid. Just press it a little harder. When the fascial come a little up then with a cash card or sim card try to remove the fascial.:D

Today my cover brake down. :mad:
It lasted only 5 days.
The clips that hold the cover broke down both.
They are not a good quality at all. If they are not original I will not buy again covers. :)

wow I bought one too. NOT original/official Nokia though it just says it to make it look original - and didn't you notice by the flimsy quality of the cover and keypad that it was fake? mine broke almost instantly - and I e-mailed the person I bought it off (on ebay) and she's sending another one. which is pretty good. Was only £5 though.

Thats mine with a black cover. I think it looks okay sometimes, with the black keypad but then again I use the original keypad too - looks quite nice. Sorry about the really bad quality pics.

I ordered a black case for our 3650 and 6600 from ebay, these ones have a 'velvet' feel to them.
So far I am very impressed, the velvet makes them very easy and comfortable to grip, wonder how long it will last before it wears off thou..

The 6600 one has turned a few heads already, as most people do not know you can change covers on a 6600 ;)

I saw the velvet ones! I also saw this transparent one which looked good, but the round camera part on the back was white! and looked horrible. I might get a velvet one if you say it's good quality. I just want a really strong thick hard plastic one. I don't care what colour, this black one isn't good quality at all.

I think you'll be happy with the velvet one - comes with keypad but it's a bit flat and stiff, original one is better.
It's called velvet but I think it's actually a fine skin of rubber..

Here's a quick pic of the 3650 one..

that one looks nice, with the case around it, but I looked at the 6600 one and it has a black half of the camera surround, I don't like that.

Regarding the "velvet" cover, the only seller i found that sold velvet ones for the 6600 wasn't very good at all, he says on the item description he is located in United Kingdom, he is actually in Singapore. It's been two weeks since i bought a cover off him and still no sign of it.

Why is it that so much mobile related things on eBay from singapore? I also bought a hands free from another seller from singapore, this time the delivery time was good, but the handsfree wasn't.

My 2 covers took about 5 days for delivery.
And so far both have been fine after a week.

Does anyone know if you can buy original genuine Nokia ones? Do they sell them in NSC's? I have scratched my screen so if the covers have plastic screen then getting a new case will cure the screen scratch.

Any ideas how much they would be?

Nokia 6600 cases are on sale at a Romanian outlet for approximately $65.
So I'm guessing they're the real thing.

They must sell covers separetely because I have seen a gold N6600 and a pink N6600 in the airport of Amsterdam. :rolleyes:

Is it just a picture of the title screen from sonic 1 on the mega drive / genesis or is it an emulator?! :icon4:
