Hi there, I need help please!

I dowload file m3u from the webwith my nokia 6600, but it doesn't recognize the extension...who can say to me if there is an application that can read this kind of file?

m3u files are Winamp Playlist files. They're just a list of mp3s for Winamp (or another player) to play, and they're text files so you can edit them in Notepad. Your Nokia needs the actual mp3s, not just the m3u. Try searching the forum for an mp3 player.....

I haven't tried it (I play my MP3s on an ipod) but it says it's for Series 60 phones so it might work. And there's a free trial.

oh no :( it works only with nokia 7650/3650...maybe 6600 is too new for this kind of applications...

If m3u files are just playlist files as said above,i wouldnt have thought you can play them at all,because they are just a list of file names for the real mp3s therefore they are just like a link to the mp3 itself?

Yeah, u can play them, for exemple with winamp...the player recognize the link in the file, connects with the page and downloads the file...I would like to know if there is a player for nokia 6600 that makes this stuff
