I transfer some real media file *.rm from my pc to 6600. on pc, the sound and video is smooth, but on my 6600, the sound is okie, but the video is so jerky, skipping many frames, like pause and pause so so many seconds, then suddenly next scene!

hi all, wat is the problem? any ways of rectifying this?
thanks...

The bitrate is probably to high for the 6600 to cope

Offtopic: Is there any way to play .rm files in fullscreen mode? There isn't a fullscreen option in the standard Realone player, and PV player doesn't support RealMedia files.

Hey,

From what I have read here and in other places, Mobiclip Converter and Player is the best option.
This making .Mo files as aposed to .Rm
It is a little more involved I think, but worth it as the films then play in Landscape mode on the fone.

I have it, but have so far not managed to make a suitable file.

I think 6600 ROnePlayer always displays 15 frames per second. But I'm not sure about it...

I think it depends on the framerate the movie is encoded with but i don't believe RealOne can go higher then 15 fps.I've heard the Mobiclip can go up to 24 fps with decent video quality.
