the number 6 on mah keypad don't work, i tried pressing it a million times and even do a hard reset but still won't work.. umh..do those guyz on semicon (philippines) has a solution for this?!!

unfortunately it's not a software prob - due to the phone design, dust and other bits & pieces get behind the keyboard. It's a more or less chronic problem - my 9 & 4 are unpredictable.

Oddly enough, for a lot of people it begins after having the phone opened for a f/w update. Anyway, your NSC should be able to open it up and clean the keyboard contacts - just bear in mind it'll eventually return.

my friend dropped his and that happened to his. He dropped it again and it was fine.

Funny, I keep dropping my phone, and the keys are still sticky. Probably need to drop it harder??
