The link works fine, but clicking on the 'view attatchement' opens a save dialog box but it cannot as theres no file type given.

Have they been hidden or protected?

I would love to read the info on the FCC Site.

Download work fine, no protected, just right click nad save as.....
I download both part of manual.

P.S.
For secend part you need a Acrobat v6.0 because a file is corrupted and cannot been opened with lower version.

Apologies for bad english....

changing to Adobe 6.0 solved all my problems.
