Hello everybody,
i ve a little problem, i can install some jar files on nokia 5100
but when i want to launch my application, i ve an error message :
jar file invalid
is there a way to make jar files ???
is there an attribute that i should put in the manifest ??

The jar file is probably written for some other Java device (e.g., if it is one that uses extensions available on, e.g., Nokia Series 60 based phones like the 7650 or 3650, then it will not work on a 5100, which is a Series 40 phone).

It might also be intended for Siemens, Motorola or Sony Ericsson phones with their own Java extensions/variations.

In other words, not all Java midlets work on all Java capable devices.
