People have 256Mb cards running on them, regardless of what Nokia have specified.
I'm not aware of anyone running 512Mb ones on em yet - I've not even seen cards that size so far.

i havr 1GB mmc on my 6600 an it works just fine, but loading the card too much makes the phone a bit slow!! :D
