They've not been called quartz and crystal for a long time. They've been replaced by Series 60 and UIQ.

Anyway the following link should point you to the various SDK's need.

Actually Crystal and Series 60 is different!

Crystal is the 9200 version and Series 60 the 7650/3650 version.
